I'm surrounded by people

but I feel so alone

all I want is to be loved

to be cared for

can anyone see me

does anyone see me

the family I knew

is no longer there

can the see

the hurt that I have

the pain that I carry

that its that bad

people arn't focused

on the pain that is there

they just walk on by

pretend they don't care

thinking that it will go away

but I am still hurting

the pain is still here

all I can do is run

hide from my fears
